Profile:

  The greatest founder of this ministry is our wonderful Savior Lord Jesus Christ. By instilling a visionary desire in Bro. Prabhu Isaac’s heart to start the VSR ministry. God has created different opportunities through which his name can be glorified and uplifted.

  Bro.Prabhu Isaac was raised in Vellore, India by God-fearing parents. Born and brought up there, he graduated from college and completed his diploma in Radio Diagnosis in a well known Christian Institution called “Christian Medical College and Hospital”, Vellore. While working there as a radiographer he met his future wife, Sucila, a nurse from the same hospital. They are blessed with a daughter and a son. The family moved to Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and worked there for 17 years. It was there in that land of Islamic fundamentalism, Bro. Prabhu received the calling of God in his life. According to the laws of KSA, all non-Islamic activities have to be suppressed with a heavy hand. Although the Prabhus were apprehensive at first, they responded to the Lord’s calling and committed their lives totally to Him.  

In 2001, the ministry of Interior Authority of KSA arrested and imprisoned Bro.Prabhu Isaac for his involvement in Christian activities. He was put in a solitary confinement for a month and was deported after undergoing 7 months of physical, psychological and emotional torture. He was terminated from his job, was not permitted to see or contact anyone including his wife, was put through intensive interrogation and was pushed into prisons that were mere animal sheds under the most disgusting and unhygienic conditions.  

There were implications of a death sentence by execution or imprisonment for 10 years under another charge. But the power of God miraculously delivered him from the hands of his enemies and he was released on the 8^th of Feb 2002 and was deported to Chennai, India. Now, as a living testimony he is serving the Lord faithfully both in India and in other parts of the world as a full-time evangelist.
